combinations that will be tailored to meet your particular needs
for support on your individual project.

the best option will be offered with no obligation. The
meeting will then be structured to suit your individual needs.

This is a 2 hour consultation to address specific design options
for one or more elements of your landscape upgrade. A few
examples:
- Fencing - types and locations
- Planting - remove overgrown plants
and upgrade to add color and interest with lower maintenance
- Privacy screening
- Wood deck changes and reconstruction
- Patios or walkways - repairs or replacements
- Driveway layout options
Problem solving for:
- Drainage issues
- Tree removal
- Ongoing maintenance issues
We will be able to provide purchasing assistance and contractor
supervision if needed.

Do-It-Yourself
With Help or Small Project

* Best for people who are confident managing larger do-it-yourself
contracting projects that will include multiple upgrades.
A shortcut to design and construction guidance without design drawings.
This is a 4 hour on-site consultation to address design and construction
options for do-it-yourself renovations and upgrades or contracting.
It is combinations of the elements of Option 1, plus:
- An overall Plan of Action based on your preferences and
needs.
- Creative design advice and problem solving
- Swimming pools; rough shape, placement, elevations and pool
"deck" layout ideas
- Realistic budgeting advice.
- The best sequence for installation of the various upgrades
will be identified
- Sourcing materials and/or contractors will be discussed
as needed
- Specific plants, sizes and pricing options will be generated
as needed during or after this meeting
We will be available for ongoing consultations as you go through
your project over time
We will be able to provide purchasing assistance and contractor
supervision if needed.

This meeting is exciting and fun.
This Schematic Design process gives your family's priorities and
your property the most thorough consideration. It lays out
the best options in great detail in a design rendering.
At our first meeting we will generate a detailed and itemized Plan
of Action and a complete proposal (with pricing) for producing a
Schematic Design.
This thorough planning and design session takes four hours of our
combined focused attention. Our discussion will include a
huge range of ideas and options for improved:
- Beauty in the plantings (trees, shrubs, flowers, ornamental
grasses) and hard surfaces (decks, patios, walls etc.)
- Comfort and privacy
- Space utilization and overall functionality of your property
- Exploration of regarding options, driveway replacement,
stone work, swimming pool landscapes
- Relative costs, budget priorities and working in phases
. . . and will cover any other landscape elements that you would
like to include.
Schematic designs are priced according to scope and complexity of
work and are typically priced at between $3500 and $8500.

This meeting establishes solid direction for the Schematic
Design process, which includes
- design drawings
- plant selections
- specific pricing for each item
- construction phases and schedules
and all the other steps necessary to prepare for a beautiful
project and an excellent finish.
Next, we will be able to have your new landscape built for you
with no scheduling hassles, budget overruns or other struggles.
We make it easy to do and fun to watch.
$375 up to two hours. Additional time is available @ $130/hour.
